Johns Associates creates an attentive approach to a full service environmental consultancy.  We believe that we have taken the most positive aspects of established large consultancy practices and incorporated these values within a smaller and more adaptable structure that can respond quickly to our clients' needs.
Through our work we aim to deliver positive environmental gain alongside our clients’ objectives, without compromising project budgets, programme or introducing additional risk.  Our creative thinking on environmental issues allows our clients to incorporate successful benefits to biodiversity, natural processes and resources, people and the built environment.  Whilst we are pragmatic, we offer sustainable solutions to our clients that help build their reputation and contributes to a sense of pride and achievement for all involved.

We value our people highly and work hard to produce the right environment for them to flourish.  In this way Johns Associates enables its staff to work to the best of their potential.  We invest in a structured professional development programme that covers both technical and commercial skills.
Professional status is also important to us.  Our team has appropriate academic and professional qualifications (e.g. CEnv) and are members of relevant professional bodies (e.g. CIWEM, IEEM, IEMA).  Active contribution to these organisations is positively encouraged.
But, despite being busy people, we don’t lose sight of our sense of humour and enjoy working with each other and with our clients.
