Lexi has been working in ecological consultancy for six years and joined Johns Associates as a Senior Ecologist in May 2022. She has a good working knowledge of the sector and associated legislation and policy, a professional approach to client liaison with experience managing a range of projects including householder applications, solar projects and large-scale residential developments.

Lexi is experienced in conducting a variety of surveys with a specialism in Biodiversity Net Gain and ecological impact assessment. She holds a Level 2 bat licence, Level 1 GCN licence and is skilled in QGIS and in producing robust technical reports including PEAs and EcIAs to CIEEM standards and has assisted in the preparation of European Protected Species Licence applications.
