Johns Associates has started issuing Customer Feedback forms to its clients at the end of each project in an effort to strive towards best practice and ensure its clients are happy. Questions include a rating of the overall working experience, thoughts on the quality of work and how services could be improved. All feedback will be treated confidentially and taken on board to ensure the best possible service is being offered. Johns Associates values its long-lasting relationships with its clients and this is another step towards ensuring they continue.
